Each two-fold Stretching Card is wallet-sized and laminated. It includes instructions for various stretching and strengthening techniques that reinforce materials demonstrated during training. These cards facilitate employee compliance with exercises by providing durable, easily referenced instruction. A fitter, more flexible workforce is likely to be healthier.
Eleven Stretching Cards are included in your Master Pack: one for the trainer and ten for participants. The Stretching Cards are offered in 10-Pack and 100-Pack bundles as well. The 10-Packs are particularly useful for small work populations.
