We are a full service ergonomics safety management company with mutiple years of experience of  FITTING the Work Environment to the worker and FITTING the Worker for the Task in order to maximize their safety, comfort, productivity and efficiency!  This is accomoplished with our 4-stepped method known as the OccuCom System and its’ SAFE approach:

1. Surveillance – collecting all potential repetitive motion injury risk and causation factor information from the population of  employess being assessed at your organization’s various workstation settings (e.g., fixed and mobile computer, health care, transportation, patient handling, biotechnical, etc.)
2. Analysis – this step involves the analysis of the data collected through interview, both digital onsite and online, prioritizing the risk and causation factors and developing reasonable recommendations from a spectrum of solutions.
3. Fixes - here is where the implementation of recommended control measures/interventions takes place with customized training, equipment purchasing and installation as well as workstation design and flow issues.
4. Evaluation - provide regular intervals of follow-up to assure adopted safe working behaviors, and metrics of sucess in terms of injury trends, productivity and meeting program objectives.
